Paper Facts

The facts about paper production and its effect on the environment.

Trees aren't the only answer: the benefits of grass-based paper.

01

Toilet Paper in US

Let Jimmy from South Park explain it all.

02

Paper weight test

Heavy toilet paper is made with more pulp than regular toilet paper. Pulp is the main ingredient in toilet paper, and it is what gives toilet paper its softness and strength. The more pulp that is used, the softer and stronger the toilet paper will be.

03

Dissolving Test

Our toilet paper is made with 100% pure pulp, less chemical, and less bonding agent. This means that it is more easily broken down by water and can be flushed away without clogging your pipes.

Paper Mills closing down

Another paper mill is closing down. This time, it's because of a shortage of pulp.

Pulp is the main ingredient in paper, and it's made from trees. But as the world's population continues to grow, the demand for paper is also growing. And this is putting a strain on our forests.

Every year, millions of trees are cut down to make paper. This is having a devastating impact on our environment. Trees play a vital role in our ecosystem. They help to regulate the climate, they provide habitat for wildlife, and they filter the air we breathe.

But we're cutting down trees at an unsustainable rate. And if we don't do something to change the way we make paper, we're going to lose our forests.

Nearly 40 percent of world’s trees face extinction, new assessment finds

It's shocking to learn that over 40% of the world's tree species are facing extinction. This isn't just about losing trees; it's about losing entire ecosystems that countless species, including us, depend on. We need to act now to reduce deforestation. One simple step? Switch to paper made from 100% grass! Let's protect our forests for future generations.
